Smart Technology is available on our Aruba range of mirrors and allows you to connect your smart phone to the mirror via Bluetooth connection .The mirror has its own waterproof  in built speakers enabling you to listen to your favourite music whilst you shower or soak in the bath .

Most of our mirrors are IP44 rated for bathrooms. Look out for the IP44 icon that denotes the mirror is safe to use in a bathroom or special location.

Yes,  you can plug your shaver or tooth brush charger in to the shaver point located on the side of the mirror, turn the switch on above the shaver point and it will work independently to the lights.

No, both the lights and the de-mist function work together when the infra red sensor switch is activated

A fog free mirror relies on the heat from the lights to keep the mirror from misting up . A de-mister mirror uses a de-mist pad adhered to the rear of the mirror glass. This is a superior method of preventing a mirror from fogging up and much quicker. All Mirror Smart  mirrors have de-mist pads included as standard

No. The de-mist pad quickly heats the mirror a few degrees higher than the room temperature (typically 9 -14 degrees).  The glass will feel slightly warm to the touch.

There is one button  on the bottom edge of the mirror.

No. The sensor is infra red which means it will operate perfectly if you are within 50mm range

The answer is yes but there are some simple rules to adhere to .  A distance of at least 150mm must be left between the sensor and the surface underneath (such as a shelf or sink/tap) This also applies to the top surface of the tap. In addition, a gap of 150mm from the side edge of the mirror to the wall must be left . This allows accessibility to the shaver socket.

All orders received before 3pm (Monday to Friday) will normally be dispatched the same day.  We aim to deliver your order within 24 hours.  Orders received after 3pm or on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the next working day

Yes. When your order is accepted and payment received, we will send you an email with tracking information. You can also opt for tracking information to be sent to your mobile via sms message.

Mirror Smart want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If the item is damaged upon un-packing but not installed , call us or send us an email immediately. Make sure you give us full details of the damage and if possible take a photograph as well and send it to us.  We aim to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

If the item is already installed and is not functioning properly, contact us with the details and once we have identified the cause of the fault, we will dispatch a replacement part as soon as possible. If the complete mirror requires replacing, you will be responsible for the removal and re-installation of the mirror. We will , at our digression, send you a replacement mirror. We will ask you to use the packaging of the replacement mirror to re-pack the faulty item and send it back to us.

We all make mistakes from time to time . If the item is not what you ordered, call us immediately and we will ask you to return it to ourselves  free of charge. Upon receipt, we will send out the correct  item.

We use DPD for the majority of  our deliveries. They are industry leaders in their field and offer    unrivalled service and customer support .   They will deliver between 8AM and 5PM Monday to Friday as standard  provided the order is received before 3pm the day before (business days only )  You can opt for a weekend delivery but this will cost an additional charge.

Details of the delivery will be sent to you in your order confirmation email.  You will be contacted by the delivery provider the morning of the delivery. You will be offered several options known as ‘in flight ‘delivery options . These include :

–   Delivery notification on the morning of delivery including a 1 hour time window

  • leave with neighbour.
  • leave in a safe place,
  • re-route to a shop.

The prices you see on our web site and in your checkout are inclusive of free delivery (next day Monday to Friday if orders are placed before 3PM. If orders are placed outside this time, it may take two business days to deliver the parcel. Please note we only ship to UK Mainland for free.  All other destinations  (for example Scottish Highlands, Ireland etc ) will cost more to deliver .

We are happy to assist you to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have chosen the wrong mirror, you must advise us within 14 days and return it to us within 28 days from the date of delivery. The goods must be complete, in the original packaging and in a re-salable condition. Return postage costs are at your cost and are non- refundable.
